Position: Inside Sales Representative
Salam International, Inc.
Local applicants within 30 miles Foothill Ranch, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
• Working with Marketing and Sales Manager as an assistant.
• Answer telephone calls, assisting with Bids, RFQ, and customer inquiries
• Product look up, processing price quotes and orders.
• Following up with customers / Prospects and updating Database.
• Match catalog numbers with product requested and assist with quotations.
• Assists on general office administrative tasks as needed
• Learn the products and business
• Review and Analyze Bids
• Assist with shipping and receiving
Qualifications:
• Strong phone presence and experience following up with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience in successful inside sales 2+ years preferred
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and when needed
